BREAKING: Morgan Stanley says SpaceX is “attractively valued” and investors still underestimate the scale of Starship.
Following SpaceX’s $100 billion Starbase Louisiana announcement, the firm reiterated its Overweight rating on the stock.
The new report highlights:
• SpaceX plans 15 launch pads companywide, with at least three new pads operational by the end of 2027.
• Morgan Stanley assumes two launches per pad daily. Its 2040 forecast of 5,800 annual Starship launches and $3.5 trillion in revenue would require only eight pads, meaning Louisiana could enable a launch cadence far beyond its model.
• Louisiana opens southward Gulf launch routes to polar orbits directly relevant to orbital computing.
• SpaceX trades at 10× projected FY2028 sales with 70% growth and 25× EBIT with 113% growth.
BREAKING: TeraFab secures two major Texas agreements for Phases 2 and 3, representing nearly $48 billion in investment.
The previously announced $16.8 billion figure applied only to TeraFab’s initial Phase 1. These new agreements cover the Anderson-Shiro portions of the next two phases.
• The agreements cover the Anderson-Shiro CISD portions of TeraFab Phases 2 and 3. Both became effective on August 18 and were posted by the Texas Comptroller on August 21.
• The official applications project $23,838,288,600 of investment for each, or $47,676,577,200 combined. That includes approximately $18.78 billion in buildings and real property plus $28.90 billion in machinery and equipment.
• Phase 2 construction is scheduled for 2029-2031, followed by Phase 3 from 2032-2034. Each plans approximately $7.53 billion, $8.09 billion and $8.22 billion of investment across its three construction years.
• The filings describe TeraFab as a SpaceX-planned, vertically integrated semiconductor facility led by affiliated technology companies including Tesla, SpaceX and xAI. The broader four-phase plan is estimated at approximately $119 billion.
• TeraFab aims to bring chip design, photomask production, wafer fabrication, advanced packaging and system integration together on one Texas campus, including sub-2-nanometer-class technology, supporting power generation and a space-compute test facility.
• Each of these two portions is projected to create 617 direct permanent jobs, bringing the combined projection to 1,234. Each is also estimated to support 2,185 total jobs statewide when indirect and induced employment is included.
• Each three-year build is estimated to support an annual average of 11,316 direct construction jobs, or 14,562 jobs when indirect and induced work in Grimes County is included.
• Projected average salaries are $168,924 when Phase 2 begins operations in 2032 and $179,264 when Phase 3 begins in 2035. Estimated direct annual payroll is $104.23 million and $110.61 million, respectively.
• The two economic-impact studies collectively project approximately $5.36 billion in state and local tax revenue across their respective 38-year analysis periods. This includes about $2.49 billion for Anderson-Shiro CISD and $1.45 billion in property taxes for Grimes County itself.
• For newly eligible property, the taxable value used to calculate Anderson-Shiro CISD maintenance and operations taxes will be zero through construction completion and 50% of market value during each 10-year incentive period:
Phase 2: 2032-2041
Phase 3: 2035-2044
• This is not a blanket exemption from all taxes or a direct cash payment. County taxes, school debt-service taxes, land, inventory and existing property remain outside the limitation.
• The Texas Comptroller concluded that each phase should generate enough state and local tax revenue over 20 years to offset the school M&O revenue lost under the agreement. The applications also state that the incentive was decisive in choosing Texas after locations in Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada were considered.
• Each contract separately requires at least $20 million of eligible investment and 10 qualifying jobs. These are legal compliance minimums, not the much larger project forecasts.
• The required jobs cannot be counted under both agreements. They must be new, primarily on-site, full-time positions of at least 1,600 hours annually, with average wages of at least $66,668. TeraFab must also offer and contribute to employee health coverage.
• Each agreement is backed by a $33,583,540 performance bond or guarantee, totaling $67,167,080. Public compliance reports, audits and site inspections are required, while failures can trigger penalties, termination and recovery of lost tax revenue plus interest.
BREAKING: President Trump has signed a new National Space Transportation Policy that could be a major boost for SpaceX and the US commercial space industry.
• More than 1,000 launches and reentries annually by 2030
• Faster permitting and expanded launch infrastructure
• New launch and reentry sites with priority launch corridors
• Federal agencies directed to favor commercial space services
• NASA to expand commercial transportation to the Moon and explore commercial robotic and human missions to Mars
SpaceX is better positioned than any company to turn this policy into reality through Falcon 9, Dragon and Starship. A huge win for SpaceX and America’s future in space.
Elon Musk is prorably the most important tech person and entrepreneur in the world for our country. By shutting down Russia’s illegal use of Starlink on Ukrainian territory, @elonmusk and @SpaceX protected our air defense, saved our air force, and spared thousands of civilian lives. This is an invaluable contribution to our defense, and every Ukrainian is deeply grateful to him for it.

You are looking at 33 V3 Raptor engines firing at once, producing nearly 10,000 tonnes of thrust combined.
With the upcoming V4 Raptor engines, SpaceX is aiming to push that figure beyond 10,000 tonnes of thrust. An almost unbelievable level of raw power.
Elon Musk is of mostly British ancestry, so it makes sense that he cares deeply about what happens in Britain
On his father’s side, his paternal grandmother, Cora Amelia Robinson (1923–2011), was born in Liverpool, England. His paternal grandfather, Walter Henry James Musk (1917–1986), was born in South Africa, but the Musk family’s roots trace directly back to England. Walter’s father, Harry Musk (1863–1917), was born in Exning, Suffolk, before later emigrating
Elon also has English ancestry on his mother’s side. Maye Musk has publicly said that her maternal grandparents were English immigrants who moved to Canada and that she met them in Montreal. They were Elon’s maternal great-grandparents, meaning his English roots extend through both sides of his family
So, Elon’s connection to England is not superficial. Although he was born in South Africa and later became a Canadian and U.S. citizen, ancestry is based on family lineage, not birthplace. His family history gives him a genuine connection to England and the broader British heritage
Today, there are new significant results from our deep strikes. In Russia’s Samara region, one of the key enterprises within Roscosmos – the Progress Center, which was involved, among other things, in electronics production – was hit. Flamingo missiles were used. A good achievement. The distance from our border is about 900 kilometers. Our long-range sanctions also reached the Savasleyka airbase, where the carriers of Russian missiles that strike our cities and villages are based – about 700 kilometers from Ukraine. We also have confirmation of the damage we were aiming to inflict at an oil facility in Ust-Luga – more than 800 kilometers from our border.
I am grateful to all the units involved for their accuracy. Our plan of long-range sanctions against Russia for this war is being implemented, and it is important that Russia’s war potential be reduced. Peace is needed, and this must be evident in Russia – through concrete damage to specific facilities. Glory to Ukraine!

SpaceX is getting very close to building the first serious base on the Moon
Starship changes the entire equation
It is designed to deliver up to 100 tonnes directly to the lunar surface - enough to transport habitats, rovers, power systems, construction equipment and everything needed to begin building a permanent outpost
Then the other pieces come together
Tesla Optimus robots could eventually unload cargo, assemble structures, move equipment and perform dangerous construction work before large human crews arrive
Building a base mostly with humans is a serious limitation
Humans need life support, pressurized habitats, spacesuits, oxygen, food and protection just to survive and work on the lunar surface
But with Tesla Optimus, that equation changes entirely
Tesla’s experience with solar energy, batteries, autonomous vehicles and large-scale manufacturing can support the power and transportation systems required on the Moon
SpaceX provides transportation
Tesla provides energy, autonomy and robotics
Starship provides the scale
Suddenly building a serious base on the Moon becomes dramatically easier
And once that infrastructure is ready, humans can stay for much longer periods and eventually even routine private lunar missions and tourism become possible
Once the first permanent lunar outpost is established, its usefulness will compound rapidly.....supporting science, resource development, communications and deeper missions into space
The Moon could become humanity’s first true outpost beyond Earth

ELON MUSK: “The reason I went so hardcore for Trump was because, to me, this was a fork in the road. If they had another four years, they would legalize enough illegals in the swing states to make the swing states not swing states, they would be blue states. Then they would win the House, the Senate, and the Presidency. And then they will keep importing more illegals to cement that outcome. Basically what happened in California.
It would have been the end. That's why I went so hardcore for Trump. I invite people to do their research. The more they do their research, the more they will see that what I'm saying is absolutely true.”
Elon Musk never paid the media for protection, which is why they constantly cover him negatively and never stop attacking him.
Meanwhile, other billionaires have major financial ties to the media, giving them the power to influence the narrative.
• George Soros - $400 million: Major stake in 200+ radio stations, plus $24 million for journalism and media groups in 2016 alone.
• Bill Gates - $250 million: Gates Foundation grants to journalism and media-related organisations, including the BBC, The Guardian, NPR projects and others.
• Reid Hoffman - $9 million: Funding for CalMatters’ Digital Democracy journalism project.
• Jeff Bezos - $250 million: Purchased The Washington Post.
Next time you watch them being interviewed, you’ll understand why they never face the same propaganda-driven attacks.
