∎ Native account abstraction = frictionless UX ∎

Account abstraction can streamline wallet interactions to make account management as straightforward as it is with email accounts. Using native account abstraction on zkSync Era, Clave is leading the way with its biometric-powered smart wallet and setting the standard for seamless mass-market payments onchain.

∎ A real-world use-case for crypto payments ∎

Devconnect attendees experienced the power of native account abstraction while using Clave and received free refreshments and local goods in the process. To set up their wallet, attendees simply entered their biometrics and a nickname to get started.

As a welcome gift, Clave accounts came preloaded with mock tokens for a unique experience at zkCafé and zkBazaar, where merchants from Istanbul’s famous market set up shop and accepted payments with Clave—delivering a user experience akin to Apple Pay.

∎ Setting a new standard for usability ∎

Clave will unlock four key usability features by building on zkSync Era and implementing account abstraction: biometric authentication with secure enclave, sponsored transactions, paymasters and social recovery.

In the near future, Clave will also introduce session keys, trusted onchain accounts, and daily spending limits, which will provide additional security measures to protect users' accounts.
