A court has issued a warrant for the arrest of Ngizwe Mchunu and sentenced him to 10 days in jail for contempt of court in his dispute with EFF leader Julius Malema.
The warrant and sentence have been suspended on condition that Mchunu apologises on his social media platforms for six months, submits the apology to the court, records a video apology for publication on King Zosoโs TikTok, and pays Malemaโs legal costs.
The matter relates to allegations Mchunu made claiming Malema received R60 million from Nigerian drug dealers.
