Alam kong by this time talagang dapat master na namin mag hx taking pero kilig pa din yday when a resi complimented me and said โuy ang galing mo magtake ng history ahโ ๐ฅน okay yun lang huhu
Wala naman ata nagsasabing justifiable โyung pagsisinungaling. Pero magandang pag-usapan ay bakit humahantong sa ganon? Itโs because the system (and the people who thrive and operate within it) made it seem like living your life outside medicine is a crime.
At some point tinanggap na lang nating bottom of the food chain tayo as clerks/interns not questioning bakit food chain sya in the first place, not a collaborative work envt between senior, junior, and trainee colleagues
I'm glad this is brought to light. We can be better.
As a clerk, SAME. THOUGHTS.
I remember sharing with my co-rotator at my foreign elective what med students in our institution are expected to do. And their look of despair and horror. ๐๐ญ

Actually. Bakit ginagawang pangtapal ang unpaid intern sa kawalan ng workforce? Dapat kahit walang intern tatakbo ang institusyon. Pag napilay ang processes dahil absent ang intern, kulang kayo sa regular employees.
Susko naman.
Interns are there to learn and act as a support system when the need arises.
They are not part of your regular work force for you to demand as if you're paying them.
Bakit nga ba walang leaves ang clerks & interns? Allowed absences lang pag nagkasakit ka or namatayan ka, then immake up mo pa ng 1:1 yung EXCUSED absence mo. Fuck the system. Tapos wala pang sweldo? Theyโre just expected to go thru the pre duty from cycle whole year round lol
