Kindly help me get the attention of @naivas_kenya. On the 6th of May 2025, I visited the Moi Avenue branch at around 6.30 pm. I offered my bag for scanning, and the lady instead said that she wanted to search the bag manually, so I needed to open my bag. I asked her if the protocol had changed since I always visit the branch, and I haven't encountered the same. She insisted that I had to open my bag, and I didn't feel safe doing so because I had my laptop. I was angry and decided to go to a different supermarket, so I turned to walk away.

Just before I could make the second step, something hit me so hard on my left shoulder, so I turned in confusion, only to realize that it was the female security guard who hit me. I asked her why she did so, and she said that I wasn't going to teach her how to do her job. I proceeded to ask her what I had done since I didn't force myself into the supermarket, and I was already walking away. She repeated the words she had said. I requested the male guard to allow me to talk to the manager, and I was allowed to do so.

I spoke to (Thuku Aaron (or Harun)), the manager, and he reviewed the CCTV footage, and he confirmed that I didn't cause any scene, and I was already walking away when this happened. He promised to get in touch with me the following day before 10 am. That never happened. I visited the branch the following day to seek clarification on the same, and I met a different manager (Anthony). He asked for some paperwork, and I provided it.

I am yet to get any communication from them, and my DMS to @naivas_kenya haven't been responded to. If I were on the wrong, kindly let me know, and if not, then kindly help me with getting the attention of the supermarket, since they seem to be ignoring me. I also reported the matter to the central police station. Thank you.
