It's been busy lately for staff and the youth we work with.
For the month of October we helped 13 individuals by diverting them from shelter to more safe environments.
As well as helped 25 individuals move into their new places!

The Brief Family Intervention program works within the family dynamic to help keep the family together, and to improve issues in the relationship when it comes to communication styles, and the expectations of all parties involved.

In the month of August, Raft shelter Diversion has helped 14 individuals find safe alternatives to shelter. Helping them remain close to their supports and attachments.
