@McDonaldsUK I have just been into you Lymm branch with my parents they ordered a table service this got put through as click and collect and by the time this was pointed out to them all there food was cold and the way the so called manager called Olly spoke to them was like dirt

@McDonaldsUK once again sat in your birchwood branch and it’s colder inside the restaurant than it is outside the ac units are blowing cold air all the customers are wearing thick jumpers and outdoor coats and hats and gloves. Even the lobby worker has commented how cold it is!
