@virginmedia As an Oomph customer my speed was 600Mbps. With Volt I’m supposed to be on 1Gbps.

@virginmedia Thanks, but it’s only listing packages up to 600Mbps available to my home. When I signed up for 18 months of “Volt” a few weeks ago I was told the extra £15 a month I am now being charged (over my Oomph deal) was for 1Gbps but it looks like that wasn’t true

@O2 My first day on O2 and I’m getting less than 1mb download speeds at home. On Virgin Mobile I got 15mbps. Is there a faulty mast or is this normal?
