[Nic Jones @NicJones6ag]

@TNLUK @JasonManford @WickedUK @MissSaigonUK How exactly were we supposed to receive the presale code??? Played in November on your app. Nowhere to register for presale on AO arena website when this was announced and no automatic code sent. Please give us an update as to what exactly is going on.

[Nic Jones @NicJones6ag]

@GraceCovell @BantamFirth @AOArena Same lol

[Nic Jones @NicJones6ag]

@BantamFirth @AOArena Quite! It didn’t give the option to register for presale even though I did play the lottery in November- so would qualify under their terms and conditions for presale! Has anyone actually got a code lol?

[Nic Jones @NicJones6ag]

@meowieniq @orbitmariam Yep. Me too - get to the front and then it says your queue number has been rejected 🙄

[Nic Jones @NicJones6ag]

@Jonno_Davies @ParamountPics Brilliant scene Jonno 🤩🙌

[Nic Jones @NicJones6ag]

@lulunathan @AvantiWestCoast Such a worry. They knew there was problems - I don’t know why they let the train go past Stockport when still an ongoing issue - they should have got them all off at Stockport! Hope your mum ok x

[Nic Jones @NicJones6ag]

@TheCoopLive @GlassAnimals What time do doors close tonight for entry? Daughter and friends are stuck on Avanti train in between Stockport and Manchester due to trespasser - can’t move forward or back! No information from Avanti as to how or when will get to Manchester

[Nic Jones @NicJones6ag]

@TheCoopLive what is the last entry time for Glass Animals tonight? What time would entry be refused to venue? Daughter currently stuck on Avanti train between Stockport and Manchester- can’t move forward or back due to trespasser on line 😟

[Nic Jones @NicJones6ag]

@wreckmyyplans Not too bad really. We didn’t leave early - stayed to the end and managed to get on the overground to Watford Junction 11.06pm one with no problems 😊
