@ZDA38984098 @katiebentley0 @BBCWatchdog @houseoffraser Funny (although not literally!!) that the #evri driver bringing a parcel to my house on a express next day delivery from @uoeurope was also in a road accident, on Thursday!! Still no parcel and it’s now Monday and no further updates!! 😡 absolutely useless.

@uoeurope Also it’s not really the point. I ordered Tuesday, express delivery, for my daughters Birthday tomorrow and yet still no updates on my delivery. Ridiculous.

@uoeurope why you are using this company is beyond me? No further updates since yesterday (when the parcel should have arrived on next day express delivery) and nobody to contact where you can get a response. Awful customer service with #evri

@uoeurope Well as it happens I am supposedly already getting the express delivery charge refunded as it was an offer on the website (free delivery for 24 hours)when I ordered, but that hasn’t gone through yet. Regardless, this is a regular occurrence with #evri with ppl
