@InnovationMatt I was asked about a gap at an interview a few years ago (by an older, male trustee) I tried to swerve answering but he asked a second time what I had been doing. I answered “I’ve had breast cancer”. He was embarrassed and it did nothing to prove whether I was right for the job.
