Regular check ups, a lot of orthodontic work in my younger years, always looked after my teeth & had my last appointment before I'm 40 today. Made it all this time without one single filling. Dentist gave me a sticker & told me I need to get to 45 next 😅🦷🪥 #Dentist #LifeGoal

Today my precious Grandad would have been 100.
The only Grandad I had until I found my other one in my 20's.
He died 24 years ago but I think of him every day. I named my Frederick William after him. Here's to you Frederick William aka Grandad Bill 💙 #TheBest
