This exchange was one of the most chilling things I've seen on TV.

Over-sensitive, narcissistic victimhood personified.

It was scary because being accused of something you haven't done taps into a very primal human fear.

What a shame. This young woman's career has just come to a juddering halt.

@fredsirieix1 seems like a kind and confident man who was genuinely hurt by the accusation that he'd been deliberately cruel.
