Initially was told that it takes time for the ac to cool and would change with time. But with passing time it has turned worse. No cooling at all. Several technicians came & made a mess in the house & broke even the tile of the bedroom by dropping the cylinder. But could not fix

@allianceair @makeinindia The first time I received extortion calls for additional money, stating that I got the cheap fare and the fares are increased. Nearly traumatized me just while I was entering the aircraft. "You will be held at hyderabad & kept " Vijayawada to Goa. What???

@allianceair @makeinindia I had a business road trip from Mumbai to attend and because of this incompetent airline booked a cheap hotel in Mumbai to receive my bag. Stop operating and harassing us. I will file a case against this airline for harassing me the second time.

Around 50 passengers are waiting like fools for 1:30 hrs in Mumbai to know their bags aren't loaded and no staff to speak or anything. How do you guys operate. R u sleeping or harassing us?

The first time I was harassed and being called several times. Literally like extortion calls to me and my wife to pay additional money to complete my flight from Vijaywada to Goa for no fault of mine. This airline needs to stop. And compensate us.

I travelled with this airline the second time and around 45 to 50 passenger bags went missing. After waiting for 1:30 hrs we get to know our bags aren't there in Mumbai. It's not loaded from Goa. Nobody to attend. Extremely Poor service. No assurance.
