@ShivambeX @Calvin_Rib @GEPF_SA @sarstax Same here. I claimed 3 Sept, GEPF said they sent to SARS on 26 Sept. Yesterday @sarstax said they haven't received anything for me. @GEPF_SA tells me this morning there were system issues and they "are aware", but wth are they doing about it???

@LindokuhleDuma5 @sarstax Did they ask supporting docs for audit and bank details at the same time? They only requested that I submit for audit. I submitted 16 July and was notified on 6 Aug that my case is handed to an official.
