The solution is all premartial sex needs to be outlawed without a 10 minute government agent-always female- trained on the matter- first discusses with the woman if she is willing to really go through with this. Then the government agent should stand outside and listen for consent signals every 3 minutes. Any man found having sex normally should be charged for rape, and the woman sent to an asylum.

DTR means you have to run away from a normal conflict, which I disagree with. It leaves you vulnerable and nobody should have to debase themselves to be in an area they have a right to be. But in case where there is an imminent threat of deadly force, which includes somebody coming at you for rape, you can always defend yourself.
