@wifisupport1 Day 2 without internet and still no resolution. I’ve been in constant contact with your technical team since yesterday, yet I’m being told there’s “no downtime.” Meanwhile, I’ve had zero connection the entire time.

@wifisupport1 Day four (4) without service. Your promises mean nothing,no visit, no fix, no accountability. This is unacceptable. Resolve immediately or expect escalation and full compensation.
Kindly fix this issue urgently and take responsibility for the disruption. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for a service they’re clearly not receiving.
