Following the #ShujaazMemorialConcert and thinking to myself, I hope Ruto is taking this issue seriously and not imagining he can PR himself out of it, or just make a few tactics to buy time hoping people will move on soon. I also hope he is not in denial and thinking this is just a ploy by his political opponents and he will outmaneuver them.

Lastly I hope he is not surrounded my Rasputin characters. Grigori Rasputin had so much influence over Tsar Nicholas II and his wife Alexandra, and kept misadvising them even as Russia was disintegrating. Combined with the recklessness of Tsar, Rasputin’s advice effectively led the Royal family to destruction, resulting into the fall of the Russian Emperire.

Dear Mr. President, take time to reflect and make drastic changes in the running of your government, to turn around the fortunes of this country. People are very angry at you and superficial changes will not fly. They will see through deception and manipulation. Please do not listen to advisors who will tell you this is a passing cloud. How times have changed ! The President has called a rally on X Spaces today at 2.00-5.00 PM. Gen Z has called a parallel rally at the same time, at the same venue. They don't need a permit nor do they need to notify the OCS. In fact, there is nothing the government can do about it. They can only shut down the internet. But then, the President will not have his rally either.
