@ValueCityFurn @uniterspure I paid for a warranty on a chair with Value City Furniture and Uniters. I have had an unresolved claim open for months. It took over a month for the part to be ordered (again) and they are saying it will be 8-12 wks to arrive. This is ridiculous!!!
