@VirginAtlantic Isn't that a little misleading to say that the time has just been changed? It's a whole 6 hours different, i have to take an extra day off work now, and the flight back forces a missed connection. Our flight is essentially canceled and to say otherwise is deceptive
@VirginAtlantic@Expedia customer support on the phone told us you won't allow them to book a non-virgin flight that is closer to our original flight time as a replacement. What do you mean new flight times, wasn't our original flight canceled, and we're being put on a different one?
@VirginAtlantic we got a notification that there was a change to our flight itinerary. i don't think the flight exists anymore, i can't seem to find it. it was going to be april 27th, seattle to london, leaving ~8pm, now leaving 2pm, plus other changes on return
