I had my test checked a month ago. I’m 40, my level was 551. You’re supposed to be around 400-800 is considered good!

Of course the higher the level the better! We’re around 800-1000 when we were teens!

I take Creatine HC1 made by Beyond Raw, see GREAT results. I use that and just take a pre workout for the energy!

Everyone is different though too!!! Just keep pushing and finding the things that benefit you the most!
