@PresGreg @MUEngLdrInst@miamiuniversity@Forbes@LeaderLouise John Maxwell: “...There is almost no limit to the potential of an organization that recruits good people, raises them up as leaders and continually develops them.” I enjoy this as it represents the fact that leadership is a continual journey!
@PresGreg @MUEngLdrInst@LeaderLouise@miamiuniversity I would definitely have to say the out-of-major experiences, such as @MUEngLdrInst and Global Perspective Miami Plan courses, play a huge part in developing leadership skills. Additionally, the staff to student relationships play such important roles as well!
If you want a great summary of #DigitalTransformation and what it entails along with some potential impacts. Watch this video: https://t.co/t4mIMjKOIq
It is immensely encapsulating and does a great job outlining Digital Transformation @MUEngLdrInst#LEADigital
Digital transformation is extremely important to me. Being the bridge between this digital side and the business side many consumers may not understand is a very important role as we can help to explain the narrative of this transformation

Digital Transformation is a huge phenomenon that is going to impact pretty much everyone. The digital era will become a part of every industry and as leaders in these areas we must be prepared to integrate as seamlessly as possible @MUEngLdrInst#DigitalTransformation
Thank you @PresGreg for hosting the intro to design thinking workshop today in Armstrong. It has been a fantastic experience learning about how to change my perspective to that of a user rather than that of the creator. It will be a great asset to my work with #MUEngLdrInst
We recently learned about cultural intelligence. The thing I took away most is that cultural intelligence needs to be an internal change, not just an external change. It is great to be respectful on the outside, but it really only matters if you are on the inside #MUEngLdrInst
It's out! "So here we are in Q4 and I sense increasing urgency now around #digitaltransformation. We are well along the way of understanding what it is and Management now acknowledge the need to change the way they work: adopt agile working practices..." https://t.co/QpROAOA4T8
Digital Transformation: Byron Reese on "Possible Narratives of the Future" I am currently reading The Fourth Age---great book https://t.co/1xBigZZseA via @YouTube@ByronReese@MUEngLdrInst#LEADigital
Just looking back on everything I’ve learned through college has made me realize the unique role the leadership Institute has played in my development. Crazy to see the transformation from sophomore year to senior year #MUEngLdrInst
Today I was able to present to Cohort VIII of the @MUEngLdrInst about the power of making quality connections with others. Working with others and gaining feedback is an extremely valuable tool to develop strong leadership skills #MUEngLdrInst
Learning about the differences in how introverts and extroverts behave last night was really eye opening to different thought processes. Thank you @Mike_Siegert_Jr for the information @MUEngLdrInst.
