Working on a phonemic transcription of #SumerIsIcumenIn. <wde> appears to be the word <wode>. Does that mean itt would be more historically accurate to pronounce it /woːdə/ rather than the /uːdə/ I've heard all over the place?

Just finished the essay for my Syntax course.
Wrote a comparative analysis of Passive Voice in Italian and English.
Once it's been marked, I'll chuck it up online. Might keep working on it. I was really feeling the research bug while writing it.
