Think AI-driven education feeds on Xโbuy a track in AI coding, renewable energy, biotech, cybersecurity, data analytics, quantum computing, advanced manufacturing, climate adaptation, robotics, healthcare innovation, space tech, digital marketing, or sustainable agriculture. Tailored to you, baked into your scroll. Community-run, crypto-paid, pure purpose. What track you picking?
Hey Jack.
The pro-human AI future
Watching from my home in the UK, the message was crisp, achievable, and optimistic about the future.
Demonstrating in every category why Cisco leads the world in networks.
Blended in simplicity.
Observability - You can now see everything; the looking glass is 3D. Both Splunk and ThousandEyes are cleaning up.
The user was top of mind, with clean visuals, topology, from root to Mars and back.
Time travel.
Security - The focus on AI defense coupled with Jeetu's perfect summary of the world ahead, glancing up into what I recognized to be a culmination of everything all at once. Making it make sense, just laying it out, effortlessly.
The surgical composition and blend of a human-first perspective, super-powered by an intricate fabric of assistants.
An architecture so responsive that the experience becomes as effortless as a breath.
I actually feel it.
A security architecture so sure of itself that anyone adopting it would have the freedom to innovate their AI strategy unchained.
Over to my domain, and that was the launch of our new cameras.
The Meraki MV53 and MV84.
The theme?
Do more, see clearer, and execute omnipresence.
Cross-camera tracking processed at the edge - the key difference: low bandwidth consumption and efficient edge compute.
I love the way the microphone is influenced by the team's background in connecting spatial awareness with a symphony of data inputs, processing video, storing, delivering proxy streams, exporting evidence, attribute search, cross-camera tracking, MQTT / APIs / Webhooks, and Motion Alerts.
AT THE SAME TIME.
Wrapped in Cisco's Trusted Anchor Module and AES encryption.
Nothing like it.
Vision Portal differentiates with a dark palette, background, popping features, and is by far the most practical video investigation platform.
This is where attribute search lives; it's also the home to cross-camera tracking, screen-to-screen transition, and evidence collection.
It's a cool experience; it changes everything...
Anyway , praat later.

Hey Jack Malibu
The world is changing fast and I fear AI sees me as slow walker.
The battleground has shifted from the physical to the virtual, where information and artificial intelligence (AI) play pivotal roles in shaping not just our perceptions but also the strategic landscapes of nations.
The Silent War of Information.................
Information is a weapon, wielded in a conflict that's often invisible to the average citizen. This isn't just about traditional warfare; it's about cyber conflicts, disinformation campaigns, and the manipulation of digital narratives. Governments, corporations, and even individuals are engaged in this new form of warfare, where the goal is to control the narrative, influence public opinion, and destabilise adversaries without firing a single shot.
Government's efforts to combat disinformation and strengthen cyber defences highlight the recognition of this ongoing battle, yet there's a palpable sense of grappling with forces both internal and external that challenge traditional governance and control over information.
The Unseen Game Changer.......
AI technology is advancing at a whooPa pace, with public discourse often lagging several years behind actual developments. What we grasp about AI in the mainstream might be as current as discussing 2019's technology in 2025. This lag isn't merely about keeping up, it's a necessary strategy. The narrative around AI can be viewed through a broader geopolitical lens where nations reveal or conceal capabilities to gain an advantage,
Deepseek is a prime example..
For the average person, this battle might seem distant, but its effects are felt in daily life through the information we consume, the privacy we surrender, and the digital interactions that shape our views. Understanding this invisible conflict is crucial:
Education on Digital Literacy teaches individuals to navigate this digital landscape critically, recognising manipulation when they see it, but what do we become literate on?
The line is already blurred...
AI becomes increasingly integrated into our lives, from social media algorithms to government decision-making processes, transparency about how these systems work and who they serve is vital, its like space travel, we have no idea how AI works, once you take a model and introduce data, its done, you have no control.
If these issues can be discussed openly, away from the echo chambers of social media, this may and could foster a more informed public, helping countries maintain some semblance of sovereignty.
We are in the midst of a digital and informational war, one that's reshaping how power is exercised and how societies function. The West, and indeed every individual, must become more aware of this battle.
I will quote you in conclusion
"Tools, tactics, and technologies are at play"
Recognising this can better protect our digital sovereignty, our privacy, and ultimately, our freedom. The future of democracy, security, and personal autonomy might well depend on our collective ability to see beyond the screen.
