@IAmAsarch So the activation for Tuesday, April 15th is a Beast Games marathon at Red Tail from 5-10 p m with a $50 food credit and merch giveaway. Definitely last minute, thrown together attempt. We have spent more money next door st Circus Circus entertaining disappointed kids.

A CSR admitted that the event planner had dropped the ball and that they hope to have some activations ready for tomorrow. 🤞🤞

So far we have received swag bag with one xxs shirt, an XL pair of shorts, a green sweater, and a purple shirt that the workers were wearing and a hat. All of the staff have gone from hush-hush to not knowing anything about the event. So much for an immersive experience.
