Η ΕΛΣΤΑΤ έλεγε το 2019 ότι το 78,5% των νοικοκυριών είχαν πρόσβαση στο ίντερνετ. Από τα 21,5% που δεν είχαν πρόσβαση, μόνο 15% ήταν λόγω υψηλού κόστους εξοπλισμού. Άρα το πολύ 3,2% των μαθητών να μην έχουν πρόσβαση στο ιντερνετ λόγω φτώχειας.
