@BlytheLoveStory Oh, nice! I want to make the Berliner-weiss beer this year. It's a weak sour beer that you add fruit syrup to, so it's almost like a malt soda.
Making a spruce beer tonight. It's one of the first recipes I came up with, so it uses malt syrup because I didn't have the equipment to use just grain.
