Pure erythroid leukemia
->80% marrow erythroid cells (>30% pronormoblasts); no increase myeloblasts
-Rare (~1% AML), aggressive course
-Pronormoblasts - large, pale blue cytoplasm, open evenly distributed chromatin and prominent nucleoli
-Complex karyotypes ~almost all cases

R/R extra-nodal NK/T-cell lymphoma high response with pembrolizumab (anti-PD1 antibody). Paper NCCN cites uses the SP263 clone (we have 22C3 & SP142), both look positive.. Some evidence IHC may not be best method to detect response (structural rearrangements PDL1 may be better?)
