Conflict is inevitable, but contention is a choice. We cannot adjust the volume on others’ bitterness or rage.
But we can choose our response. As followers of Jesus Christ, we follow this example. We do not shame or attack others. We seek to love God and serve our neighbors.
When we meet the Savior at the judgment bar, we will account for how we lived the two great commandments.
Did we truly seek God and love Him?
Did we love our families, friends, and neighbors?
Love God, love others. This is the bullseye of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Week 2 Community Building = Putting together a puzzle....silently. It was more challenging than I thought/planned, but <3 the effort and teamwork! @Falling_CreekES
why are we all saying "synchronous learning" when "n'sync learning" sounds so much better? it's a missed opportunity for a pun that we'll never get back.
@Ms__TeacherLady I bake for my students too. I love it and they do too. Sometimes to correlates but most often not. I know my students likes and dislikes and their allergies. It’s a good lesson in trying something new and if you don’t like it, that’s ok.
@kimberleyjuly @Ms__TeacherLady My 7th grade teacher did this all year to me, but sadly, it didn’t work. The boy was still my crush for years after though.
@Ms__TeacherLady I love using @hapara_team to close their tabs! It’s my favorite game. They always have 50 million ones open so I close the ones from assignments last week and then watch their faces. Oh good times!
