@gyude_moore Absolutely @gyude_moore While focus is often on building resilience in the infrastructure (and rightly so) I agree many untapped opportunities also exist to drive climate action THROUGH the infrastructure we build. This is an excellent example of such a case.

They argue that without a highly educated population, we're destined to remain poor and underdeveloped.
