@bt_uk Feel like I’m being fobbed off! Referred a friend and was promised an Amazon voucher for both. Crickets. My friend chased and was finally given hers. I chased and was told 7 days. Nothing. Now it’s apparently 30 days. Did anyone actually get the voucher without chasing?

It should have been processed in April/May when my friend’s account was set up. If I hadn’t chased it I would never receive it. If I’m honest I have my doubts I’ll get it by 26/09. I think @bt_uk are relying on people to forget about it so they don’t have to pay out.

@Ladyluckisonmy1 @FloraSCooper I’m in exactly the same situation. It isn’t about not valuing education it’s the lack of support with SEMH (Again gov not school - school have been amazing). Parents in these tough situations need support not judgement

@communik8ion Probably should mention that I am also a teacher and pastoral lead with overall responsibility for behaviour and attendance for nearly 1000 students! The pressure comes from government set targets - not the teachers!

@communik8ion My daughter’s attendance is 48% and dropping due to being in a MH crisis. The stress caused for both of us of seeing those number drop on reports has made the whole situation so much worse even though her school have been great. The system needs to change!
