If you're a Splatoon 3 player i'm 99.9% sure you were left mesmerised at least once by the boot screen.. were you?
Well woah! Look at that!
A very convenient accurate recreation of the shader made into a wallpaper!

@Randomgamer692 that setting only changes how fast the calculation for the fluid simulation will go.. and i'm also realising it's kinda misleading so i should change the label
but no it doesn't affect fps at all, only how fast the fluid goes, and it's capped by your monitor speed
@Randomgamer692 have you tried the Render Scale slider? it trades performance for quality (you probably tried already but lmk how much of a difference it makes)
@TheJajaGamer i made that ages ago

but it's not an accurate recreation but a lookalike i managed to make with wallpaper engine tools
@RielTheShep nice!! i'm glad to hear that
you can adjust the Render Scale slider to maybe have even more performance but you'd sacrifice a bit of quality..
@gloshsep Ai was used to assist in research and reverse engineering the original shader from the game and the code actually belongs to nintendo..
If you want something i made where ai wasn't involved at ALL, i made something similar (but not 100% Accurate) ages ago
