Hii @Olacabs I had booked a ride via ola for my aunt who is a senior citizen and i also received a call from my ride but unfortunately after talking to my aunt the rider cancelled and the ride got allocated to other person who was already in a journey inspite of the current rider

You guys deduct money if the customer cancels the ride what about such incidents i should deserve a free ride don't you think ??
