Unacceptable @Qantas . Cancelled an international flight, added a 5 hour stopover, and loss of a night's accom, then a 1 hour wait on the phone. way to look after customers.

Well done @qantas. 2 hours waiting for a call back and then your system fails and hangs up on me. "Press 1 to speak to a consultant...1...1..1. Sorry the the call has timed out". How are you still an airline? Flight cancelled. 5h stopover added. no customer service!!!
