@geoffkeighley If it’s your game of the year then celebrate it as such! If you need validation from someone else to tell you it was good as well then maybe it wasn’t.. Just food for thought
Avoid your airline like the plague. The lack of communication and transparency throughout this process is reprehensible and frankly disrespectful. Clearly @SouthwestAir doesn’t value my business and that’s fine, I travel for work monthly & can choose any airline I want 🤷🏻♂️
I lost roughly $5000 and have received roughly half of that in compensation after subtracting for “standard deviations”??? This is disgusting and laughable behavior from a company that “prides” itself on customer service. I’ll be sure to tell my friends, family, and coworkers to
Or working through the claim submission process. I was instructed to submit reimbursable expenses along with receipts for items in my bag, now I’m told interim expenses are not covered, only what’s been lost in my bag. Some items I’ve had for YEARS and cannot produce a receipt
@SouthwestAir I can’t begin to express my disappointment, I’ll start with you’ve lost a customer for life. My bag was mishandled and lost at my *arriving* airport on 9/10. Since then, I’ve been on the phone with customer service for countless hours trying to locate this bag
It never would have been possible to go back & remake my previous work, uncovering lost art & forgotten gems along the way if you hadn’t emboldened me. Red is about to be mine again, but it has always been ours. Now we begin again. Red (my version) is out

@chicagosmayor Hey because you’re shutting down dining (again) catch me purposely having more than 10 people at my place. Let us make decisions for ourselves, we know the risk at this point
