We owe Kenny Jackett a huge debt of gratitude as Wolves fans. We were on the brink of implosion after back-to-back relegations and he came in and gave us renewed hope and glory. Someone we should have given far more credit in his life, taken far too soon. Rest in peace, Kenny.
Wolves are devastated to learn of the passing of our former manager Kenny Jackett.
Kenny led the club to its incredible record-breaking League One title and laid the foundations for the club as we know it today.
The thoughts of everyone at Wolves are with Kenny’s family and friends at this time 💛
🚨 Rob Edwards was originally told that information about his future being in doubt on Wednesday was inaccurate. #WWFC
Matt Jackson then informed Rob Edwards on Thursday morning that he was sacked.
It’s said that Edwards’ sudden departure has caused ‘outrage’ in the Wolves dressing room.
📰 @JPercyTelegraph
Conflicted about this. I think in isolation it's the right move. The end of last season was far too rough for Edwards to stay with confidence.
In context though, it's really confusing. The timing is bizarre and the snakiness around the sacking does make me feel uneasy. #WWFC
Wolves have sacked Rob Edwards and are set to hire Gil Vicente head coach Cesar Peixoto.
The timing of the move comes as a surprise, with Edwards involved in the social media announcement video for striker Raul Jimenez’s return to Molineux on Tuesday.
Peixoto is now set to replace Edwards. The 46-year-old led Gil Vicente to a sixth-place finish in the Primeira Liga last season, the top flight of Portuguese football.

The murder of Henry Nowak is a genuinely harrowing case.
He was attacked and stabbed repeatedly by Vickrum Digwa, only for his desperate calls for help to be met with mockery by police officers, before he ultimately lost his life.
How we respond to this tragedy defines who we are as a society:
1⃣ The British Sikh community are not responsible for the criminal actions of Vickrum Digwa. There is no justification for anti-Sikh hatred, just as there is no justification for hatred towards any community.
2⃣ The police officers involved have serious questions to answer, and there must be a thorough and independent inquiry. However, with more than 160,000 police officers serving across the UK, we cannot hold an entire profession responsible for the alleged failures of a few individuals.
3⃣ This tragedy can either be used to bring people together in solidarity and support, or it can be used to sow division and distrust. We should choose unity over division.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Nowak family during this unimaginably difficult time 🙏
RIP, Henry Nowak.
You suffered one of the gravest injustices imaginable at the hands of people entrusted with protecting the public. The best way to honour your memory is to ensure the truth is uncovered, accountability is delivered, and lasting changes are made so that no one else suffers the same fate 🙏
Henry Nowak's father: "We do not want his death used to create further division hated or tension"
Nigel Farage: "We should respond to this with pure cold rage."
Henry Nowak's father sounds more ready for government than NIgel Farage ever will be.

I’ve worked and socialised with 100s of Sikh’s and they’re absolutely beautiful people. The actions of one scumbag doesn’t reflect a whole religion in the same way not every Muslim is a terrorist.
The most dangerous thing in this country is the media, not people.
Two things can be true at once.
1. Henry Nowak was murdered in appalling circumstances and the police who wrongly arrested him should face repercussions and justice.
2. The far-right's use of his death to incite more violence and hatred is absolutely disgusting.
I've stayed quiet about Wolves recently. Things got busy and I didn't want to add two cents to something that was making me miserable. But here goes.
You cannot, CANNOT, afford to carry this into the Championship. Change managers. Change culture. Change owners. Blow it up. #WWFC
@reign_vikings You’re not wrong. I can see the upside of it. I just think we didn’t play the board well. We could’ve made a safer choice at 18 (Thieneman, EMW, Lemon) and traded up early day 2 if we were that high on him.
We’re all rooting for Banks. Obviously I hope he becomes the stud they think he can be.
But there’s a difference in liking Caleb Banks, the player and Caleb Banks, the 1st round pick. The player is promising. The pick is risky to the point of being potentially egregious. #Skol
Happy Friday. I hope Caleb Banks shuts every single person up here and becomes the best defensive lineman for years to come. Also funny how our fans have been begging for interior changes and then when it happens they cry. Anyways, I hope we get some secondary help today. #SKOL
"Good, I'm glad he's dead".
One day there will be a lot of people saying that about you, Donald. And no one in your circle can say anything because this is what YOU say about the dead when all they tried to do was hold you accountable for your atrocities.
Fuck you. Forever.
Just realised that of all the draft picks Kwesi Adofo-Mensah made as Vikings GM dating back to 2022, NONE of them have yet received a second contract from us and all of the '22 draft class is now either on new teams or out of the league.
Holy shit, that's historically bad. #Skol
It doesn’t matter how a player performs. It doesn’t matter if we lose.
If you EVER think this disgustingly racist display towards anyone is in any way justifiable then get in the fucking sea.
You are NOT part of Wolves. You forfeit that with your vile abuse of one of our own.
