@StarWarsDaily_ Yes, it wasn't as bad as the one side thinks it is, but it definitely wasn't as good as the die hards say either. It was kind of Meh. Except the Lightsaber choreography, that was great!
@anabelle_dawn Yes, the writers should use established lore. My only point was using this scene as a segment of the writing is just a restatement of what we already know of the Force. What was left out was his mistake of SW humor when she physically reaches out with her hand, and he slaps it.
@Boongo_15 There are alot of people on both sides that created the separation of the Star Wars community. He is simply one piece of one side. I have agreed and disagreed with a number of his opinions. I simply have not enjoyed a whole lot of Disney SW, but there are some good spots.
@anabelle_dawn It really doesn't matter. I shouldn't have started anything. You were simple stating that he and George are the only two people to write and direct the movies. I liked George's better, thats all.
@anabelle_dawn What characteristics would you like to see in a female protagonist of a new IP. Im writing a magical series and my main character Vispen is a mage. Id love your opinion.
@anabelle_dawn As always, just my opinion, but I just dont agree, no matter what the...Saturn..Awards say. It was a good movie, it wasn't a good Star Wars.
@anabelle_dawn This is an overview of what Obi-Wan and Yoda told Luke in his training, the visuals are what made this scene feel anything, not the words. His writing for the Energy...a Force...that same Force. Is something a High school drama student could have written.
@StarWarsDaily_ 7/10. At the time it was great! But it needed payoff for why Rey was able to wield the force. Was Finn a force sensitive Storm Trooper?! And What was Luke doing on that island?
@natwarman I am starting the same, for the same reason. Lucasfilm needs a proven track record, but the writers they have, dont seem to Know Star Wars, which is frustrating as a fan. Your new IP looks great! Hope to see it available soon I can dive into the world youve created!
