Once again @EMAirport Arrivals is an absolute joke; 45 minutes to get through the Passport E-gates and chaos in the rapid drop-off area. I dunno how they do it but the experience gets worse each time I travel. Departures is great so why is arrivals so bad?

Appalling cleanliness at @McDonaldsUK @McDonalds Breadsall this afternoon. Tables filthy and flies everywhere including the kitchen.
Complained only to be told “Sorry, we only have one person on lobby today and the flies aren’t our fault” 🤢
