@Microsoftbe het hotmail account van mijn vrouw is vandaag random 'opgeschort/vergrendeld' en ze kan er niet meer op. Via de recovery tool moet er een sms verstuurd worden voor verificatie. Jammer dat deze tool voor het verzenden van sms'en totaal kapot is. HELP Please!

@MicrosoftHelps Today my wife's hotmail account was blocked out of the blue. When she uses the tool to unlock it again we are asked to give a phone number to verify using an sms code. This tool is obviously broken as it just gives the same error again and again. Please HELP us!
