Episode out this week...
Content note: discusses suicide.
Too many men are struggling in silence, and too many lives are being lost.

People-pleasing starts as a survival Behaviour. As a way to feel safe, accepted, and loved.
But this habit that once protected you is now the thing keeping you stuck. And naming the pattern is the first step to breaking it.
You can’t outthink anxiety.
Because it doesn’t live in your mind. It lives in your body.
The more you try to “figure it out”…the longer it stays.
Stop sitting with the story. Start feeling the sensation.
What’s the biggest fear most people have?
Judgment.
Not being seen as enough.
Not being taken seriously.
Looking stupid.
Getting it wrong.
A lot of us aren’t stuck because we’re incapable.
We’re stuck because we care too much about perception.
Some injuries don’t show up on an X-ray. They show up as shorter patience. Restless sleep. The way you pull away from people you love.
We’re fluent in physical health. But most of us are still learning the language of the inner world.

Most of the worst decision I have made had one thing in common: alcohol.
Episode #255 of Move Your Mind is now live on YouTube, Apple Podcasts and Spotify. #moveyourmind
I used to think that if I could just get enough validation, I’d finally be okay.
Instead I became a crippling anxious mess and started abusing alcohol just to quiet my head.
The reality was that my life was not broken…it was the story I was telling myself.
Stop comparing your life to someone else’s highlight reel.
Compare yourself to the person you were yesterday.
That’s the only timeline that matters. 🤍

If you feel lost, it doesn’t mean you’re failing.
Sometimes it means you’re finally waking up. Questioning the old version of yourself. Getting honest about what you actually want. And realizing you can’t keep living your life through other people’s expectations.
If your life feels like it’s falling apart right now… you still have permission to enjoy a moment.
Not because everything’s fine, but because being present with one good thing doesn’t “invalidate” the chaos. It keeps you alive through it.
Before making any changes… remove ONE thing. Pick the high-sugar snack or the food that adds zero value and cut it for a week.
You’ll probably notice a big change just from that.
What’s the ONE thing you’d remove first? 👇
If you feel like you’re “not that unhealthy”… there’s a good chance your markers say otherwise.
93% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy - meaning your body can struggle with things like blood sugar, energy, and storing fat properly.
