I asked for HbA1C and he said “so you think you have diabetes?!” 🤦🏼‍♀️

@bugcounter @benjaminchapman a year later, I’ve gotten a good finished project (despite what it looks like) with my cashew blue cheese using p. Roquforti. This time I laco-fermented the cashews and got a ph of about 4.3.

@abrewi3010 one thing that helps me is to go somewhere like Pintrist and search for styles you like. Then see if you can figure out what about them you like.... could be fonts, or lay out, or colors...
