Hi @SimonCalder some advice if you’re able. I had a QTN-LHR return booked though @Trip. In March @VirginAustralia cancelled the final MEL-QTN leg. Its a @SingaporeAir “ticket” but @Trip not willing to resolve issue with refund or replacement flight. Who is responsible? Thx ✈️
