Following our complaint from x16 days ago of our poor visit @altontowers -contacted customer service -still no response. Most alarming was a conversation by x2 staff in the oriental bar at main hotel: ‘Are you working this sat?’-‘God no! The guests are vile here at the weekend!’

Some more pics of @altontowers from our visit x16 days ago. Still waiting for a reply from their customer services. Dirty/dusty cubicles at water park, stained bed sheets on arrival, asked to be replaced. They didn’t. tired decorations and poor maintenance. I await your response
