FWIW, I think it's clear that both Busby and SAF weren't afraid to play around with structure when necessary: four forwards, keepers at corners, centre-half popping up, etc. Pertinent to discussions about the current team.

The melody of the 'Halls of Montezuma' is taken from Offenbach's comic opera, 'Genevieve de Brabant' and is sung by two [bumbling] gendarmes.

I've sung that duet many, many times.
