Grass fires are causing smoke hazards in Barber County on Wednesday, Feb. 26.
According to Leisa Mauch with the Kansas Department of Transportation, U.S. 160 is closed between the Barber County and Comanche County line (18 miles east of the Coldwater area) and US 281.

@jon_bois Crazy NFL rule idea...what about making kickoffs through the uprights, 'make it, take it'. In other words, you get the ball back like a recovered onside kick? That would turn most misses into touchbacks, if you keep kickoffs at all...
