Consistency is key, even as I see several inconsistencies in my ballot. There are at least three players I didn't come around to, yet, that I would gladly consider again...
Reading deep about each player was critical, especially what players, managers, coaches and others in the game said about them while they were playing (what opponents say is even more helpful)...

According to multiple reports, the player is Max Alves.
