I know there are lots of sports coaches on here and I want to stress test something that has blown my mind..

To set the scene this is Under 12 Cricket but for me it would be the same principles as any sport (rugby, football, hockey etc).

Is it normal in a squad of 20 kids for

Now.. as coaches we've all had to handle tricky parents but that's part of the skillset.
