Life is an ongoing cycle of tension and release.
Then tension, followed by release. On and on it goes.
You'll never get the ultimate release you crave.
It's not there, so you can't find it.
Most importantly, no one can give it to you.
Become accustomed to the cycle.
Overthinking hinders innovation, one must move beyond the planning phase and take risks.
What you learn along the way is more valuable than overanalyzing upfront.
@DentesLeo Everything you desire awaits you on the other side of difficulty.
The only way to success is to overcome obstacles; otherwise, you will always be the same.
Either move forward or make excuses.
You can't have it both ways.

• Concentrate on self-improvement
An old Olympic coach once told me that movement is life. Stagnation equals death.
Each year you live is like adding a car to the back of a train.
It's simple to keep going if you keep moving.
The train eventually becomes so long that it is difficult to restart it.
There's a millennial trend where it's funny to be bad at things.
I can assure you that being incompetent is one of the most uncool characteristics you can have.
Being broke isn't funny, nor is being out of shape, nor is being bad at your job.
Reclaim your honor.
By age 30 your friends should be discussing:

NOT:

Find a close group of friends who will help you to improve each day.
Never argue with people you don't respect.
Explain nothing to those who have not earned your trust.
Arguments and explanations are intended to solve rather than create problems.
Dishonest people use your genuine efforts to undermine rather than understand.
If you respect yourself, you'll notice that many people will simply give you their respect without making you earn it.
Self-respect is so uncommon that it irritates the majority of people
They don't understand it and will admire it. Make an impression, & the rest will follow.
