🚨 Weigh in 13 🚨
Spoiler: Frank is now the lightest he has been since ~1998 🔥
Before #FrankWalks, Frank had not been under 350 pounds in over 20 years and was 500+ pounds in 2016. Here is his monthly progress since we started walking (400 days in a row):
Before FrankWalks : 383 pounds
Weigh in 1: 373 pounds
Weigh in 2: 352 pounds
Weigh in 3: 343 pounds
Weigh in 4: 340 pounds
Weigh in 5: 339 pounds
Weigh in 6: 333.8 pounds
Weigh in 7: 331 pounds
Weigh in 8: 323.8 pounds
Weigh in 9: 319.8 pounds
Weigh in 10: 324 pounds
Weigh in 11: 330 pounds
Weigh in 12: 327.8 pounds
Here are the results from weigh in 13:
◦318.5 pounds: Frank has lost 64.5 pounds since we started walking and is now at his LOWEST weight since we started
◦Blood sugar: Levels plummeted deeper into the green zone … down from ~10% A1C to 6 … THIS PROGRESS IS PHENOMENAL AND WILL EXTEND FRANK’S LIFE BY YEARS
◦Diet: Diet is improving, which is obvious with his wildly lowered blood sugar and -9 pounds month. The cutbacks on soda and late night snacking have been key.
Frank has lost weight in 11/13 weigh ins and today marks 400 consecutive days walking.
His physique has transformed and he easily walks 5+ miles without needing a break or skipping a beat. Stairs and hills become easier and easier every walk. And I am convinced Frank has gained significant muscle, which makes the weight loss even more impressive.
The only downside is Frank will inevitably punch me in the face with a hammerfist by accident in the coming weeks. He underestimates his newfound athleticism during rants, putting me in imminent physical danger.
Thank you Tank’s Army for the incredible support. Frank loves seeing the people who have started walking and sharing their updates. You inspire Frank to stay committed more than you can imagine. We are all in it togedder.
400 walks down and we are just getting started.
CONGRATS FRANK!!!!!!!!!!

The PGA and LIV golf merger is yet another example of a why athletes should look out for themselves and their families first.
So many PGA guys turned down the opportunity of generational wealth to be loyal to a company that has no loyalty to them.

@JoJoFromJerz Why is it that when someone with Covid dies, no one talks about the significant pre existing conditions that they also had? Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, etc.? They just chalk it up to COVID
