Weren't saying that when he gave you a dodgy penalty at our place in the 94th minute last season, nor when he should of sent slocombe off at Wembley was you??
I apologise to our fans,my teammates & the staff for today.
The red card was a silly mistake & today is on me.
As one of the more experienced players i should know better & I take full responsibility.
Letโs stick together, keep fighting & Iโll do all I can to put it right ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๐ค
Yes we shouldn't be abusing players, however fans have a right to be frustrated with that performance, especially since cook hasn't stopped going on about making sure we take control of games when in winning positions since the Walsall game! Missed opportunities cost us again
"If that happens I wonโt be the manager and the fans will get what they want.โ
Paul Cook was really angry with the reaction from some fans after the full-time whistle:

Heard so much Bonis slander leaving today, whilst yeah a silly mistake, we should of had the game done in the 60 mins before it, a team who played at such a low tempo whilst we were dominating then lowered ourselves to it too after 30 mins we spoke about walsall and did it again!
Alfreton Town are devasted to learn of the recent passing of former player John McFadzean.
McFadzean was with the Reds from the 1992/93 to 1995/96 seasons during our stint in the Northern Premier League Division One, a prolific goalscorer John scored an impressive 80 goals in 188 appearances (150 starts). John`s sons Kyle and Callum also both went on to represent The Reds in their respective football careers and the thoughts of everyone at the football club are with the McFadzean family at this very sad time.

Morecambe FC has zero directors, less than 10 senior players and staff & players still haven't received their full June wages.
Two former directors of the club, who resigned last week, say that we are "days" away from being thrown out of the football pyramid.
Please share our current issues and check the replies below for a deeper look into our situation.
There's a good chance you haven't heard anything about this. We are not being covered in the national media. We have loved the support from other fanbases so far, but we need more.
